My Role:
 

I researched and curated compelling content for digital channels, including the website, blog, email/SMS, and social campaigns. By managing a robust content calendar, I ensured that a wide range of research and clinical stories were represented, with the goal of educating both patients and healthcare professionals while reflecting Mayo’s reputation for excellence. I partnered with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, product, and leadership to align messaging and support PR and project management efforts. Additionally, I led the monitoring and reporting process, providing detailed campaign recaps and contributing to quarterly and annual reports that informed future strategy. Through this work, I helped strengthen Mayo Clinic’s voice in the digital space, advancing its mission and deepening its connection with diverse audiences.
